Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FARELL ADMINISTRATION LLC, operating as CreatorsHub (“CreatorsHub”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information when you visit creators-hub.us, apply through our application form or contact us by email. It covers this website only. It does not describe processing that takes place under a separate management agreement.

- Fonts and scripts are hosted on this website, not loaded from third-party servers.
- YouTube videos load only after you click play.
- We use your application only to review it and to contact you about it. We never ask for account logins or passwords.
- We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The party responsible for processing your personal information (the “controller” under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation) is:
- FARELL ADMINISTRATION LLC, a Florida limited liability company

Further company details are in our Legal Notice.
What we collect and why
Visiting the website
This is a static website run on the servers of a hosting provider that acts on our behalf. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that our hosting provider processes in server and access logs to deliver and secure the website:
- IP address;
- date and time of the request;
- requested URL;
- user agent (information about your browser and operating system).
We do not use this data for analytics or advertising.
Browser storage instead of cookies
Our own code sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. Fonts and scripts are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not contact third-party font or script servers.
The website stores two small functional flags in your browser’s sessionStorage:
- whether the intro animation has already played in the current tab session;
- a page-transition flag used to display the transition between pages.
These flags stay on your device, are never sent to us or anyone else, and are deleted when you close the tab. They are not used to identify or track you. For this reason, the website does not show a cookie banner.
Application form
If you apply through our application form, we collect:
- whether you are already on OnlyFans (yes or no);
- your OnlyFans profile link, only if you answered yes;
- your Instagram profile link;
- your email address and/or phone number;
- your confirmation, through a required checkbox, that you are at least 18 years old and agree to the processing of your information to review your application and contact you.
The form also contains a hidden field that people do not see or fill in. It helps us filter automated spam submissions.
We use this information only to review your application and to contact you about it. To review it, we may look at the publicly visible content of the profiles you link. We never ask for account logins or passwords. Please do not include them in the form or send them to us.
When you send the form, your details are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to our business email inbox. They are not shared with anyone outside CreatorsHub.
If you email us, we process the information you include, such as your email address, your name if you provide it and the content of your message, in order to answer you.
Embedded YouTube videos
Some pages show videos from CreatorsHub’s own YouTube channel. The video player is not loaded when the page opens. Only when you click play does your browser load it from youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment, Google/YouTube receives data such as your IP address and information about your browser, and may set cookies under its own privacy policy. We have no influence on that processing. If you do not want this, do not start the video.
Links to Instagram and YouTube
Our links to Instagram and YouTube are plain links. The links themselves do not transfer data to these platforms. If you follow a link, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.
Legal bases for visitors in the EU, EEA and UK
If the EU General Data Protection Regulation or the UK GDPR (together, “GDPR”) applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Hosting and access logs: our legitimate interest in delivering the website reliably and protecting it against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Browser storage: to the extent the two flags count as personal information, our legitimate interest in displaying the website smoothly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Application form: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent given through the checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Spam filtering is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of automated abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Email: where your message concerns a possible contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- YouTube videos: your consent, given by clicking play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you use the website or contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Our service providers and Google act under their own safeguards for such transfers, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, where applicable.
Who receives your information
- Our hosting provider runs the website, processes the access logs and transmits form submissions on our behalf as our service provider.
- Our email provider processes emails you send us and the form notifications we receive, on our behalf.
- Google/YouTube receives data only after you click play on a video, and processes it under its own responsibility and privacy policy.
- Authorities or courts receive information only where we are legally required to disclose it.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep information
- Applications: if an application does not lead to a contract, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact with you. If a contract follows, we keep the information for the duration of the business relationship and as long as legal retention periods require.
- Emails: we keep emails as long as needed to handle your request. Emails that relate to an application or a contract follow the periods above.
- Access logs: processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the website and kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
- sessionStorage flags: deleted automatically when you close the tab.
If you ask us to delete your information earlier, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
Security
The website, including the application form, is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to applications and emails is limited to the people at CreatorsHub who handle them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information through the form or by email.
Your rights in the EU, EEA and UK
If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information deleted;
- restrict how we process it;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive the information you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format (portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work or where you believe an infringement took place.
To exercise these rights, email us at management@creators-hub.us. We may ask for information to verify your identity before we act on a request.
Your rights in the United States
Residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, to the extent those laws apply to us and to you. Depending on your state, these may include the right to:
- know what personal information we have collected about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information;
- opt out of the sale of personal information, its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising and certain profiling.
The personal information we collect is described above: identifiers and contact details (such as IP address, email address, phone number and profile links), internet or network activity (access log data) and the content of your messages. We collect it from you and from your browser, for the purposes described in this policy.
No sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not use it for targeted advertising.
How to make a request. Email us at management@creators-hub.us and tell us which right you want to exercise. We need to verify your request, usually by matching details you gave us, and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority. Where your state law provides a right to appeal, you can appeal our decision by replying to it.
Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Children
This website and our services are intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have received information from a minor, we delete it. If you believe a minor has sent us information, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
